Left work at 4:45 today and was I ever tired. Thought for sure I could come home, lay down and immediately fall asleep. Nope! The brain was a whirling, jumping from one useless thought to another. So, pushed my lazy rear end out of bed, put on my walking clothes, dog jumped in the truck and off we went to the park. Beautiful evening, a real Americana kind of night with kids playing ball, bicyclers, walkers, dogs.
Well, going to give that sleeping thing a try again and hoping my brain will let me rest.
