Put in about seven hours at the office today before beginning to fade. Got home and was bummed that the power was still out. Laid down for a nap and five minutes later heard the beautiful hum of my ceiling fan as it began to turn. Alleluia! Waiting, however, until the sun goes down to turn on the AC. Wanted to give everything else in the house time to get back online and, amazingly, it still is relatively comfortable inside.
All that aside, I'm a bit tired and fuzzy minded, so this entry, like the previous two, will remain brief.
Feeling sentimental, so today's Pic o' the Day comes from the Schneider archives -- apologies to my sister that she was cut off "mid-face," but then I wasn't the one behind the camera!
